Standard delivery costs £3.95 and for orders over £80 delivery is free.

Your delivery experience is important to us, which is why we use EVRI for all our UK parcels.  With EVRI you are able to track your parcel and they offer flexible delivery options such as:

• Alternative delivery dates
• Delivery to a neighbour
• Leave your parcel in a safe place 

 Lost or Damaged Parcels - Claims can be made only in the event of the loss or damage of a parcel.

Hermes take photographic evidence of each delivery and also provide exact GPS tracking location of each delivery. 

Please contact us and we will raise an enquiry to EVRI.  A full investigation will take place.  This will take 2-3 working days.  You will then be required to completed a ‘Denial of Receipt’ form, which will be emailed to you.  You will then be required to email the ‘Denial of Receipt’ back to My Treasure Toys.  You will then be issued with a full refund once the form has been returned.
